    • For remote areas, delivery may take 8-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
    • A nominal shipping fee may be applied for COD or lower-value orders.
  • Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your order in real time.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

Important Hygiene Note:
Panties, lingerie sets containing panties, or any intimate apparel with bottoms (e.g., thong, brief, or bikini) are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Eligible Products for Return:
    • Only products without panties, such as bras, nightwear (without innerwear), or accessories, are eligible for return.
    • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return Process:

    2. Provide order details and reason for return along with product photos.
    3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.
    4. Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items Include:
    • Panties (single or in combos)
    • Lingerie sets containing panties
    • Clearance or final sale products
    • Damaged or used items

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support.
    • Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  • After Shipment:
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • In case of refusal at the time of delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
  • This does not apply to panties or intimate bottoms, which remain non-returnable.
